The building itself was built by Evangelos and Marika Soilentakis back in 1990 in order to house them and their son’s (Michalis) family, as well as to accommodate a few guests and treat them as extended family. The apartments are owned and run by Michalis and his wife Natasa Soilentakis, ever since for nearly 30 years. However, as the years went passing by, the location became increasingly popular by visitors and the demand for accommodation was in the rise, leading the family to the decision to relocate and allocate their establishment entirely to the hospitality business.
Today, Mary and Eva, the 3rd generation of the family, with studies in tourism business administration, are ready to take the reins and bring a breath of fresh air into the family business.
SUN RAY BEACH LIFE APARTMENTS comprises of 8 autonomous luxury apartments that each sleeps up to 4 adults, 2 common areas and a garden with a shared pool, a sitting area and modern wooden sun loungers. Four of the apartments, own a private outdoor Jacuzzi at the apartment’s veranda and two have a hammam in the bathroom; both amenities are ideal for those that seek relaxation and romance.
Every component was carefully designed, paying great attention to detail, functionality, quality and form, in order to create an image of harmony that pleases and soothes the eye. The philosophy behind the end result was to create spaces that make our guests feel as if their accommodation is a natural extension of their day spent at the beach and where one finds a haven of relaxation and harmony.
